Activities and volunteer management

Create an activity and configure registration and volunteer rules

Create an activity under a project, then set its schedule, goals, registration method, and volunteer rules. Activities can be duplicated, edited, and assigned co-hosts.

Publish an activity page and QR code

Once created, the activity receives a public page and QR code. Share them with participants for registration or on-site use.

On-site arrival, check-in, and attendance lists

When participants arrive, they verify attendance through the QR code or online entry point. The system automatically organizes registration and check-in lists, so you do not need to compare two spreadsheets manually.

Volunteer records, hours, and certificates

  • Record volunteer participation and service hours;
  • Send volunteer notifications;
  • Generate service certificates.

Activity moments, photos, and feedback

During the activity, upload photos, updates, and reflections as Activity Moments. You can also attach a questionnaire to the activity page to collect immediate participant feedback.

After the activity: turn data into closeout material

When the activity ends, registrations, attendance, photos, volunteer hours, and questionnaire responses already share the same project context. Tell the AI, “Summarize this activity.” It can read those sources and produce a document or presentation draft without requiring you to find every original file again.

note

If you are looking for a dedicated activity-report feature, GDDAO currently produces these reports through an AI conversation that reads activity data and creates a document or presentation draft. There is no separate “activity report generator” interface.
