Create and publish a questionnaire
Create a questionnaire under a project and configure its questions and scales. Publishing produces a shareable link and QR code that you can place on an activity page, post on social media, or display on site.
Import an existing Excel questionnaire
If you already have paper questionnaires or data organized in Excel, you do not need to recreate every question in the system. Import the spreadsheet directly and review a preview before confirming the import. This also supports paper questionnaires: responses collected on paper can still enter the system and its statistics.
Responses, statistics, and exports
Responses are automatically organized into lists and statistical charts, with no need to build Excel pivot tables yourself. You can delete individual responses or export the dataset.
Create an AI analysis dataset
After enough responses have accumulated, create an AI analysis dataset. AI can read the questions, responses, and scales to identify major trends, prepare an initial analytical summary, or connect the dataset directly to a presentation workflow.
Common uses
- Activity satisfaction surveys;
- Pre- and post-assessments of participant outcomes;
- Volunteer or employee feedback.
